An elderly woman was recently threatened at gunpoint by two robbers in her Queen Anne Home on the 1000 block of Fulton Street in Seattle.

Too robbery took place last Wednesday morning around 8:30 AM. The two men reportedly broke into the back door of the 74-year-old woman's home, held her at gunpoint, and sole various items including jewelry, cash and guns. They reportedly had used plastic zip-ties to tied her up. Only one of them had a small black pistol.

The woman said that before the robbers left around 9:00 AM, one of them looked at her, pointed to his face and told her, "Look at me. If you tell anyone about this, we'll come back."

The woman was not injured, and was able to call 911 after the robbers left.

The neighborhood in which the woman's home is located is, according to sources a tight-knit, normally quiet community and her neighbors said they were shocked by the robbery. The woman said she has lived at her residence for 50 years and Wednesday's robbery was the first time she's ever had a problem.

Police are still searching for the two robbers, who could not be located following the incident.

According to the Seattle Police Department, the number of reported robberies decreased 20 percent in 2010 from 2009. Burglaries decreased 4 percent over the same time period.
